Pros
There are a lot of pros to working with Anicca, having had some poor experiences in the past. There is a real feeling of interest within the staff and not just for the benefit of the company but for the employee themselves. There are opportunities to progress and develop within your job and also learn and try new ventures. While the standard office hours are 9-5:30 there is flexibility offered within this. We have just moved into a brand new building which the company owns, which now provides a great modern and open working environment. The MD is very hands on, contributes to the business and not just dictates to others as well as being a very approachable beacon of knowledge.
Cons
Sometimes bring staff in before they are needed. Could use more staff social events/ activities.
