      Pros

      Flexibility, nice work enviroment, time for learning, they encourage employees to be proactive and there is basically a lot of autonomy for employees

      Cons

      Men rule the company, women don't get paid equally. I wouldn't say anything else as a con, employees are treated very good

      1) The management are very open minded and always willing to listen from employees 2) Friendly and warm working atmosphere, relationship between colleagues are good. 3) Provided flexible working hour

      Pros

      Nothing impressive, only the basic necessities are provided to employees. However, they do cover medical benefits for your spouse and children.

      Cons

      Worst management, with a lack of trust and leadership. Seen as an MNC, but operations run more like a startup. HR or they called as people and culture department did not function as it should, which eventually led to employee retrenchment. No bonus, no increment
