      Would give zero stars if possible They try too make it look all great and that you can make a lot of money. It is all lies they just need more people to sell so they make money. It is all commission based.

      No pros. They literally are playing a numbers game.

      Cons

      This busy is so shady. They bait you with their promise of a proper entry salary, then get you to start in commission. They also change names constantly and have high turnover.

      Pros

      I got promoted to Management and I run an office. I came in with no experience and Josh taught me everything I know. Hard work pays off at this company.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be shaky in the beginning. A lot is demanded when you start here. I started for a challenge though.
