Unethical practices, broken promises, and lack of humanity
Pros
Some senior colleagues were excellent mentors — knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping juniors grow. I learned a lot under their guidance. Unfortunately, many of these very people were later let go without fairness or recognition, which was disheartening.
Cons
Employment contracts and offer letters are not honored (e.g., ESOPs promised but never allotted within the stated timeframe). Employees are forced to resign under pressure, often without proper notice pay or severance—causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Corporate politics outweigh merit. Capable employees are sidelined while poor performers remain protected. Culture of gaslighting—employees leaving are labeled as “incompetent” instead of management taking accountability. No sense of empathy: even employees with new family responsibilities are let go abruptly without support. Lack of transparency and inclusion in discussions; employees often feel excluded and undervalued.
