      Poor/little holiday pay. Summer Holidays require a second job. Use holiday pay wisely.

      Lots of agency work available, above-rate wages, and opportunity for full-time work contracts.

      Cons

      Often, last-minute shift requests are out of the travel radius or the realms of possibility in terms of commute time. Have been asked for help, with the expectation that I arrive at 8:30, at a school 45 minutes away, at quarter past 8.
