      Pros

      Amazing people behind the technology, a dedicated passionate team of people, many have been at the company for a long time. A feeling of an aligned mission in the team, Great opportunities as a clinician to learn aspects of a business that you can only get from growing environment and working with international teams.

      Cons

      Healthcare is a hard field to be in and being a medical device company trying to break the mould is never going to be easy, but all the great feedback from patients everyday makes it all worthwhile.

      Not a place if you want stability or good leadership

      Dedicated staff. Very smart people. A product that works, at least in short term. Ability to help patients.

      Cons

      Misaligned and poor leadership. Everyone out for themselves. No team work or culture. Favorites get promoted, the rest are ignored. A product that will never scale given the cost in commercial market. No room for growth and management isn’t always transparent
