1. salary date is 8th of every month and sometimes will get after 15th of the month 2. No Leads to manage the project things ..directly manager tells the process and we can proceed with that..because of this code is not in proper way. Everyone implementing by their own way. 3. Probation period is 6 months. before this they can do relive you at any time ..even if there is no project also 4. Management is very poor.. unprofessional managers are there..they don’t know about the development things so they putting pressure on developers or employees to complete the work. 5. work pressure is very high 6. They dont have good systems to work peacefully ...all the systems are very slow and not good 7. they are not giving good hikes also..incase there is no project they will fire you directly . i wont suggest to anyone to join this company ..please find the better one
