      I am not sure why the business structure is convoluted. I agree that it can be stressful. This person never said any of this to me. It’s too bad I have to read it here. I am very accessible and I am always open to a better idea. We work very hard to keep our employees happy. Some people have told me that we try too hard. It isn’t easy to balance the needs of clients with the desires of our employees. We are trying though.

      Pros

      Benefits! Pay! Flexibility in scheduling and allowing employees to take off for important family functions. The owner encourages new ideas and is always willing to consider changes. Benefits have increased every year since I have worked here. We are encouraged and even paid to volunteer in our community. Free Fitbit with the wellness plan.

      Cons

      Small company, less than 25 employees, so there is no such thing as just one job. You have to multi-task and jump in to help in areas that you may not be an expert in. When people are hired that don't do their job others have to pick up the slack.

      Pros

      Great Health Care Benefits. The Owner James Leichter is a nice guy, business savvy, and a pleasure to work with. Good office culture. Everyone wants the company to succeed.

      Cons

      Sales can be slow during the summer months, but we are working to fix this and constantly innovating.
