      Culture of gossip and competition rather than cooperation and teamwork Focus on negative feedback Low pay Expect workers to take on the work of two people Poor training Low team morale

      Very friendly co-workers Doing basic computer tasks such as helping patrons with printing, trouble shooting etc... Great organized schedule for part time employees who are also in school

      Cons

      Hiring process took a couple months, Multiple interviews, testing, physicals etc... Can be boring at times since there is quite some down time unless someone has a question. Sometimes dealing with aggressive patrons
