      Pros

      Half days on bank holidays! Systems are weak and always down so you get a lot of time to sit around and chat.

      Cons

      They will issue your dead grandmother private medical insurance through April UK! Salaries are low. Low calibre management. Inexperienced underwriters.

      Good bonus but the salary increase is abysmal. Didn’t even cover my rent increase. They reel you in with a good pay and then the increase is so little it doesn’t cover inflation.
