Pros

A grounded recruitment business with like-minded people, good social interaction but an understanding of what hard work is along with knowing what it is to be a market leader in your space. Great incentives, excellent comms structure and an MD who is well respected but makes you feel very much a part of a growing team. Even though we have three offices in different parts of the world, there is constant interaction between offices with internal competitions, sharing of candidates and constant cross-selling. If you are looking to join a recruitment company that have well-respected recruiters, opportunity for continued professional development/training and a good work-life balance then this is most certainly the place to be!

Cons

None to date and let's hope it stays that way.

Pros

- Excellent social media engagement - Big on company outings, incentives, recognition - Good database, systems and processes - Fun and driven environment - Diverse and inclusive - Does everything "right" in the textbook of recruitment - Supportive in in-house trainings

Cons

- High turnover rate - Management style is micro-managing and iron-clawed. You are monitored on an hourly/daily basis on your work. Boiler room style. - Iron-fisted and lacking in compassion with employee welfare. No room for being late for 2 minutes, time off for urgent personal errands, breaks, strict 1 hour lunch time. - Money worshipping environment where your value and worth comes solely from the amount you bill - Great impression when you interview for the job but unpleasant culture once you join. Hate it when they said "You aren't just about the money you make; we also take in your sincere effort to grow, and your good attitude" - lie. By 2 or 3 months in, you worry constantly if you will be fired for not producing enough money due to the vibes they give. - Those who do well are money-worshippers who will have no qualms about putting ethics and manners aside in their course of work.
