Pros

It's a job and it pays the bills

Cons

I have worked here for many years and have never seen it so bad. Undervalued, underpaid, too much pressure which is not recognised. They recognise the wrong people. The new cost-cutting excersize is cutting to the bone to the point where customers are badly affected.

I worked in the rental sector and tbh it could be ran with alot more efficiency! So much potential! Wish the manager would just step in and tell it how it is.... but he just seems to hide behind a computer screen. So much pressure put on rental team. No equipment ready for dispatch. Expected to do it all ourselves. Feels as if we are treated like dogs bodies! Work incentives none what so ever.... I'm just glad im a self motivated worker, which I believe others are not due to this.

A few years ago- Many great reasons to work at Arjo Now- I honestly cannot think of a single good thing about the company

Cons

The worst customer service Management ever. The department is badly managed and run by people who do not have any idea of how a Call Centre should be managed. No respect for staff. Staff turnaround is high- Customer Service advisors are not given the correct training and then penalised for getting things wrong. An all round horrible environment. My advice to anyone thinking of applying for the Call Centre Team Leader job is.. Dont bother.
