      Nothing at all. Really bad

      Cons

      Toxic environment, poor management. They allow harassment (IE, one coworker called me a druggie because she heard me talking to another employee about my antidepressant.) incident was reported and nothing was done

      Helping the clients and doing right by them

      Cons

      Horrible management. Doesn't care about quality of care. Just heads in beds. Allow clients to verbally abuse staff. Repeatedly allows clients that AMA to come back and leave again multiple times. Work you like dogs for minimal pay

      Clients and work bestie were amazing

      Cons

      Pay was abysmal management horrible night shift is basically low paid house keepers One of the overnight techs is in the wrong field. She sleeps on shift, and on camera. Takes 6 hours to do one task and thinks she can just sit on her phone at full volume for the last two hours. Calls coworkers little druggies for having to take medication prescribed by licensed professionals and nothing happened with that.
