Decent company. But I don't think I'm gonna stay. It's time for me to start my own business.

Pros
As a driver, I love the job because its not back breaking work. No one is breathing down your neck and all the drivers are down to earth and respectful to one another. You can work a lot of hours.
Cons
I'm getting about 25-30hrs a week. Can't live in NY on that salary. Unfortunately I'm the one not getting a lot of hours. Other drivers are getting far more hours than me 50-70hrs/week. I just had my Driver evaluation meeting not too long ago and I was told I'm doing a great job. So I don't know why I'm not getting hours.
