Too many leaders, some don't even know their domain. No documentation is followed, no culture of minutes of meeting. Like people say one thing on one day and can easily set foot back on another day. Want everything delivered as fast as possible. Deadlines are not asked, they are given by leadership who does not understand tech at all. No documentations. Public assault by founder and ceo sometimes. Having sensible discussions is a huge task since that depends on the mood of the ceo.
