      Pros

      Disgusting.... been working in there for over a year and past half of a year when management changed went everything downward... no pay rise (promotion) , half an hour break with your 10-12 hours shift, 6-7 hours shift -> no break! Your ideas are rubbish and you shouldn't even talk to management. No staff food... Do not waste your time in here only if you want to destroy yourself!

      Good technology environment . Possibility to manage and learn about leading-edge technologies.

      Fast success company literally build up with the blood of his employees. Short command chain (family based company) sometimes is good but often turn the things cary Very poor team(s) relationship, based on frequent blaming and finger pointing episodes. Productivity maintained by means of fear. Falsehood, treachery are pervasive. Hard work is never rewarded but take always for granted. No incentives. Constant sense or urgency. One day without bad things happened it's a relief. It's good If you want to try survival trainings
