      Pros

      Timing is from 10-6 for marketing.

      Cons

      Zero support from colleagues or seniors. Join only if you have a lot of experience and you are not dependent for anything. Politics is higher than Loksabha . There are seniors who are there from past 7-8 years who are not getting jobs anywhere else and hence they wont let new people settle in the office because of insecurity. Stay away from shiva dixit. He will not let you settle there because of his insecurities. And if you want to have some fun talk to him english😂

      No proper training & undue expectations

      The only good thing is the timing - 10-6.

      Cons

      1. No KT when you join. 2. No training. 3. No cooperation from team mates . They don't share previous communication and data that transpired between clients. So we are in the dark about it. 4. Biased towards some employees who are boot lickers. Due to such reasons I had to quit in less than 6-7 months. They had made the environment very toxic. Especially Shiva dixit, who doesn't cooperate and forces other people to not cooperate either.
