      Friendly and nice colleagues, Good location near Paya Lebar mrt, Spacious and well designed office space with big glass views, Most people leave work on time, Pantry full of snacks and can drinks, Above average annual leave and mobile phone coverage

      Pros

      - Flexible and a good starting point for fresh grads as software eng or frontend devs. - Friendly environment - able to work independently and allowed to have the freedom to use your own implementations - able to make decisions within your work scope given your manager allows you. I was lucky that I got to work with the most friendly people! - I think this place is one of the good starting place and its a very friendly environment

      Cons

      - I think the only con is obvious that there is little pay raise and no aws or any bonus when I was there - very little perks
