      Pros

      if you think you are a person that can work in a company as if he is the CEO then AIG is the place for you, you gotta be smart, fast and ambition. you will learn everyday and you will always have a space to grow, all ideas are heard and the company founders are as young and spirited as you would imagine in such big company

      Cons

      sometimes you would work overtime, especially if you are a senior, you are never asked but from my experience i can say it might happen every now and then
