    Way too admin heavy, feels like too much process for the sake of process, nothing happens quickly Management need to lead by example, not something they have been good at to date.

    Populated by lots of great hardworking people. Great location in London.

    Cons

    Falling morale during the sale process and implementation of efficiency programme. Too much micromanagement when more collaborative work would bring improved efficiency and harmony.
