      Sorry to hear you had such a negative experience working with us. We have always been brand agnostic and are proud of our Microsoft Gold status along with numerous other partnerships. Dell certified refurbished equipment is part of or product portfolio and provides a cost effective solution for corporate users. Staff turnover especially in sales is hard to control - however we are conscious of it and have a great team who we are always looking to support.
