Mostly Remote working, could be an interesting product, unlimited PTO

Dinosaur start up mainly relying on manual activities, copying competitors, no individual ideas, unexperienced weak leadership team, employees are treated horribly across the board,

None - absolutely none. Might as well go panhandle

Cons

If it sounds to good to be true, it is. Stay away from these marketing jobs. They provide bare minimum of training, are Hellinsly rude and don't hesitate to take your hard earned money back and cancel your account. Zero helpful.
