      Terrible & Unhuman of HR Department

      All departments' colleagues are friendly and willing to give cooperation except HR

      Cons

      1. Contract basis 2. May get your offer letter in last day of contract period, it's depends on how HR mood to proceed 3. Even your superior confirm you as earlier but the power is holding by HR 4. The staffs who work for HR dept must to stay back until 7.30-8pm without any OT or replacement 5. Will go for 7 days or more cooling period which mean unpaid when you contract covert to permanent staff 6. Don't expect increment or bonus even you hit the KPIs

      Great colleagues A lot of learning experience Provides chance for post basic nursing course

      Poor inter-departmental teamwork, it's every wards for themselves. Employees are threaten and transferred out of their department whenever manager "deems fit" Lack of experienced staff Poor employee's benefits Management team does not deliver what they promised

      Gaining valuable experience. Trained to have better patience towards doctors and patients. Pays salary on time.

      Cons

      Low salary, no yearly bonus, OT. Heavy workload. No parking lot for employees. Old building. Doctors verbal abuse nurses.
