Pros
- Not nearly as stressful as other work places (team works together to achieve goals) - Supportive staff that encourages development - Small team that operates more like a family
Cons
- Benefits are good, but there are better options. We still get 3 weeks of PTO and holiday pay as well as health, vision, and dental. However, 401k were removed earlier but are possibly going to be reinstated. - Smaller staff can make it hard to find someone to cover your PTO. Not a huge issue, just a reality.
