I wonder how are they surviving in the market
Cons
Company runs on the whims and fancies of the higher management. One you're in one department another day other. And if you're not doing the work of the old department they threaten of termination. HR only pretends of employee welfare but only works for the welfare of the higher management. Inter departmental ego clashes and rivalry is on another level it feels like a movie fight scene when execution of a project. Everyone "pretends" to show how hardworking they are. Many people feel offended when a feedback is given. It's a circus in there.
