Challenging and interesting work, smart team of passionate people, fun work environment
Cons
CEO is a narcissist and notoriously over-promises and under-delivers. Decision making is presented as being consultative and collaborative but is not at all. CEO gets rid of employees who do not agree or resist his strategies. Poor environment to grow.

I have met a few wonderful people here.
Cons
Weird management that makes questionable executive decisions. Bad communication. This company does not produce anything outstanding and just burns through venture capital pretending to do "science", without any real output. People appear and disappear erratically. Lucky people will leave on their own but most people are simply fired. Fired so fast that they don’t get to say goodbye to their equally surprised ex-colleagues (in the last wave, half of the company was surprised). This company may look cool at first sight, but avoid them and save yourself stress, effort and time.
