All of leadership need actual training on how to manage their teams and be leaders Departments don’t communicate with each other Executive Director will not trust his leadership team and instead get into the nitty gritty. Org chart structure is not followed. Major micro aggressions and racist behavior that half the staff will deny its there. Think twice before applying here as a BIPOC Does not take the pandemic seriously which risks the health of staff.
