      Pros

      Developers here are very passionate about learning. Many of them came from different backgrounds.

      Cons

      Management. First of all, a manager likes to blame everything on the developers. Micromanagement and a manager are the biggest issues here. The manager keeps on asking for results which pressures developers to send out poor quality codes. He tells devs to grow up but he is actually telling people to work more. Low salary!! Worst benefits!

      Great place to level up your skills if you’re interested in gaining full stack experience. Mostly laid back work culture Bring your dog to work Work in all levels of stack Team goes out to lunch every Friday Work on interesting projects for some cool companies (midsize to fortune 500)

      Pros

      Great company culture. Can no rave enough about the way they conduct business. Owners are very involved in the day to day activities. They truly care about their employees and clients. Flexible schedule and great benefits including healthcare, 401k, and extensive vacation time. They also encourage and cover any training/certificates you want explore.

      Cons

      Small company so roles wear many hats.
