Shocking behaviour towards patients

It pays the bills. It gets you out of the house. Meh that's about it.

The strategy is one of greed, and power, They call patients endlessly about a sale, or to change their pathways, or to tell them something. They call up deceased patients In order to meet their ridiculous KPIs They get patients to go to sales spiel meetings They change the pathway a patient is on despite not being medically trained, nor the patients clinician The clinicians utterly despise Atos, and their patients are leaving Countrywide in droves. They sacked two staff who had been there over 20 yrs, for no reason other than to palm off their workload onto the reps. They are an abhorrent company who have no idea how the NHS works, and they use their Coloplast model where it does not work, and ignore everyone telling them this. money money money, must be funny! The managers are mentalists too, exceptional bullies, who install fear into everyone, they outwardly lie about you in front of colleagues and other senior managers. But the tide will change, and you'll go under. Cant wait. If anything good is written on this page, then please don't believe it the managers wrote it! Run a mile away right now!
