Firstly, the previous excellent review was clearly made by a manager. Don’t believe everything it says. Even managers swear like crazy and use words that you never expect to here from management. Yes, there is “Career progression” but in actual fact it’s just the management changing things up (changing your job title or department) to look like progression when in actual fact nothing really changes it’s just an act to make it look like there’s some sort of development going on. That brings another issue to the surface. They are so unwilling to try and fix things and listen to staffs advice properly that it creates devastating consequences. Management had been told numerous amounts of times that there was not enough data. This caused the same patients to be hounded by phone calls constantly. Example: Regardless of being told there isn’t enough data, staff were(still sometimes are) told they HAVE to keep the “connected call” numbers up... That caused desperate staff members under stress to repeat the same calls to the same patients, harassing them with what must have seemed like a pressuring sales call to the patients.

If you can’t be bothered to read all of this, just know that accepting a job at Atos/ Countrywide will be the biggest regret of your life. If you like listening to one of the managers plan her wedding every day at her desk, then go ahead... she does more wedding planning than her actual work... yet the customer services team get told off for taking too long in the print room!!!! Absolutely no real structure at all No consistency Lack of support (the managers pretend to be supportive when they need to, but honestly... you’re on your own... often thrown into the deep end... expected to fail... People back stab each other constantly You WILL be the subject of monumental office gossip at some point You can’t trust ANYONE No teamwork at all... everyone’s out for themselves You will be forced to harass patients to please your managers or head of departments if you’re in the call team You will be shouted at by patients for harassing them No matter what you say to your managers, they promise change, but that change will never come You will see that people who brown nose get very far ... If you aren’t a brown noser and actually have morals... people treat you like **** You are constantly clock watching There’s never enough patients to actually ring Or enough reasons to call them You will often call for a patient who has died and have to deal with the backlash of the family because they’ve already told someone at the company and they haven’t noted it down The managers are a joke... my it’s split into two sides north and south areas but there’s still crossing over and no actual consistency so you never know what you’re doing as they change it all the time People leave and you’re left to pick up their jobs and the mess You will get treated like rubbish Lots of empty promises Hypocrisy Lies Just... don’t do it
