Pros

Not much. The pension is good but base is low.

Cons

They have a cult like culture where they think Atrium is amazing. You have tk be a drone like the rest. Don’t smile in a meeting enough? You’ll be taken aside and questioned about your attitude. Show any lack of support for their socialist views? You won’t last. And it’s all a facade. In private meetings senior managers constantly talk about who should be fired. Company fired most of its IT staff so there isn’t a single dev or database manager left. Underwriters are promoted based on talk, despite having next to no hard skills in any subject. New management is from a lower quartile competitor and it shows. Many managers have been there a long time primarily because they were the first in and likely wouldn’t get a job elsewhere now so they stick it out all pretending it’s the greatest place in the world to work.
