      Pros

      One can go back to home for lunch as colony accommodation is next to factory. Valsad city doesn't have malls but will get every daily need things. Daman is nearby for party goers.

      Cons

      Employee care concept don't exist tough there is a department with that name. Complete focus on cost saving and no decision making.
