      There really aren’t any pros

      Cons

      They fired all of their staff by text who consisted of only college girls because they thought we couldn’t be full time (they didn’t ask us). I was the only employee at one point and I was running the store alone.

      Great company with amazing products, stores are cute and you can make decent money.

      Cons

      No benefits, preference for employees from one specific nationality and management can be very unorganized.
