Pay is often not the best here compared to other industries, maybe even other companies within audio electronics specifically, which has cost the company some of its best and brightest during my time there. Build-to-order nature of the business can create stress as we try to ship products quickly to satisfy customers. Lack of training for product builders combined with fairly frequent turnover, lots of temp hires who stay less than a year. New production floor manager doesn't understand electronics or a lot of our products, leading them to make uninformed calls on what work should be done and who gets promoted or given raises. If you're not particularly passionate about audio, and just want a decent electronics technician job, you should probably look elsewhere so you can find better pay. If you are passionate about audio, it can be a lot of fun working here.
