The people who worked there were amazing people for the most part. There was a very smart workflow, established with months of tweaking.

Cons

Unfortunately, too many rounds of layoffs just kills morale. Company owners taking big risks, while most employees not aware of how precarious situation can be at times. Lots of groupthink and yesmen (and women). If you're outside of the chosen few, your opinion is rarely relevant.
