      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Auditics because of the positive and supportive work culture. It's a place where ideas are valued, and teamwork truly makes a difference. I've had the chance to work on some exciting project, like streamlining our recruitment processes and building tools that make our job our efficient.

      Date of receiving the salary is not mentioned in offer letter as it is a proof of not providing salary on time, which is against the company. They might provide you salary after 2 or 3 months of work as they wish. No ethical work environment. An escalation should be done on this company.

      Good hike, Nothing to like except this.

      Cons

      No value for their employees, worst ever management and HR team. Inside the campus Non veg foods Not allowed. No employee benefits. Actual salary date is 7th of every month. But if they have fund they will transfer otherwise it will be delay. Variable pay not paid by the same year, they can paid next year january for the previous year. But that also will be delay again 3 or 4 months after you wait 1 year.
