Very, very, very, very, very, very, very underpaid. Benefits can be better. Equipment are archaic and need to be updated, but the CEO is too cheap to buy/fix their old machines.
This is a pro and a con: it's almost impossible to get fired. Great if you're the terrible employee. Sucks if you're doing you're doing a great job, but see the terrible employee completely mess everything up and goofs off without any repercussions. Highly unmotivates you seeing that.
