      Insurance benefits, paid time off

      Cons

      Bullying from management, no support from management, dangerous conditions in which patients are encouraged to fight before receiving medication. Management knowingly puts staff at risk then blames you for being involved in incidents with dangerous criminals. Nurses go to work there when they can't hack it at real hospitals.

      Get all state holidays off Free supervision towards LCSW license Current (as of Fall 2020) supervisors are good Good benefits

      Cons

      Unsafe working environment (likely to be assaulted by clients at some point) Low pay Horrible handling of coronavirus outbreak at hospital No hazard pay for coronavirus Not sure anyone higher than direct boss cares about/is advocating for you Constantly understaffed Never feel like you know everything you need to know about your job (not sure training was adequate enough)
