Pros

Opportunity to gain valuable relationships with service users.

Cons

High staff turn over. Disconnection between senior/support workers and management above. Bullying culture in management. Heavy working hours. No real drive to better service users lives which staff try and do and shut down from management. No real support from management, hardly ever in the service.

Thanks for leaving your feedback. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed working with the team and could work the hours that suited you best. We continually invest in our robust rota management system, which links hours with pay in order to improve efficiency.
