Very long hours, Seniors recieve a very small pay increase for 10x the workload, Very rarely saw management, Had to fight to get paid correctly, unappreciated.

12hr shifts sometimes 4 in a row pay could be better

Long hours, poor pay, poor management

Call you out of hours No support from higher management Manipulative to make you do things you don’t want to do Pay checks wrong Expect staff to just do overtime without asking can sometimes do 48 hour shifts Higher management do not listen to staff when they tell them what’s going on within service and ask for help just say your fully staffed what’s the problem. Let service users rule the roost and dictate what staff members they have Service users seem to have more communication with higher management then staff members High management do not help in stressful situations when asked for help I could go on long story short do not work here’
