Decent pay for an admin professional Health Insurance discount Discounts on varies automobile related services/ items
Cons
HR/ Higher ups do not care about lower level employees, they will simply replace you rather than aim to retain you Toxic/ draining work culture Support network is limited and you feel very alone in your struggles as a low level employee. Your concerns/ queries/ grievances are not valued
