The job is rewarding because you get to see your progress when you book appointments. It's fast-paced, which helps you build great skills, and working with businesses in a B2B setting keeps things interesting. Management gives clear goals and support, and the pay is soliiid especially when you hit your targets. More appointments leads to more payyyy!

Cons

The cons of the job include dealing with frequent rejections, which can be tough on motivation. It can also feel challenging at times to maintain energy and focus in a high-pressure environment. Additionally, hitting targets consistently can reallyyy be stressful, especially on tough days but we just need to keep dialing!!!
