1) An extremely knowledgeable management with high on-field practical experience in solution designing and business processes. 2) Good C-suite exposure 3) Sky is the limits for learning (certain aspects only)
Cons
1) Employee satisfaction is a myth here. 2) Work - life balance is absolutely zero for employees , your personal life comes last unless its a life and death situation. 3) From salary to minor expenses - everything needs to be asked - Repetitively ! 4) Horrible HR and Finance management 5) No initiative from management to help employees upgrade technical or managerial skills in the form of professional training's or certifications. 6) High attrition rate due to frustration and disappointment from above factors.
