      Poor leadership and run like a private members club

      Pay is pretty good at some levels

      The Executive Leadership Team are out of touch, will not listen to feedback and protect only themselves. CEO practically disappeared during COVID 19 period. Human Resources function is rotten and incompetent top to bottom - maintaining status their only focus.

      Internal processes and micro management from the top of the organisation is making this place a difficult place to work. It’s a revolving door with leavers on the rise but nobody seems to be asking why

      Currently the "old" vwr people

      Cons

      "Leaders" are bully's, never listen, don't care about people, only care about the image of the company from the outside. Loads of talk about enhancing associate experience and yet cut staff through brutal means, then give them twice the workload, for no extra money. Wasted $6bn on acquiring 2 companies, and that decision maker rides off into the sunset with his payout. Avantor have sucked the life, energy and enjoyment out of, what was VWR.
