Worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive for a year. The team was supportive, and I got good exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes. However, the biggest challenge was dealing with clients who often had unrealistic expectations or lacked clarity in their requirements. While the role helped me grow professionally, the company would benefit greatly by partnering with more structured and reputed clients.
Cons
It’s a decent place for freshers or early-career professionals, but long-term growth may depend on how well they improve their client base and overall operations.
