Axcelis Technologies reviews about "benefit"

In my experience at Axcelis so far, no real red flags or cons. The interview process is very thorough and I can see it is hard to get a position.

Starting as temp to hire is the usual start here, so you will make less and recieve no benefits and a lower scaled pay closer to min. wage.

Management is awful, the industry is up and down

Inconsistent and confusing org structure
