A lot of employee benefits were there when I joined

The leadership (and no woman card here please) especially the females in leadership are vicious, jealous people who will do anything to suck the life out of younger employees. They will keep digging out your confidence, build false narratives against you, and do everything in their power to pull you down. Why? Because you are not going to their home to haven dinner with them and you’re not interested in being friends with them.

The benefits are excellent. The anonymous feedback channels are a good attempt at building trust and safety. It seems like management has their heart in the right place.

Cons

There are a few immature, bigoted, toxic people in positions of power. They can do whatever they want with no consequence. If you don't comply, you're done.
