Pros

Exposure to a variety of projects in a short time

Cons

Compensation is not competitive, with no meaningful pay adjustments or bonuses on record Management appears to view employees as overpaid, which impacts morale and decision-making Heavy reliance on interns for core project work, leading to inefficiencies and constant onboarding/mentoring overhead High turnover at both junior and management levels, creating instability and lack of continuity Unrealistic workloads and deadlines; employees are frequently stretched across too many projects simultaneously Limited professionalism in processes and team structure; unclear direction and inconsistent expectations Deliverables often feel rushed and improvised rather than thoughtfully built (e.g., patchwork automation solutions using basic tools)

Pros

Client-oriented attitude, professional and try to provide best value services

Cons

High turnover, no salary increment, good working hours (9-7pm and 10-5am) for some extreme situations without reimbursement, crazy management. No career growth here, only crash out

Pros

Good place to learn about depth quickly.

Cons

No projects are completed with a certain quality. No processes/budget for continuity, however the company is happy to hire consultants which are more expensive.
