Provide all basic needs Have good values and are serious about implementing them, If your work is all good and up to date, small mistakes are overlooked -depending on the department Training and upskill is always encouraged Company takes care of its employees and ensures all the right policies are in place. Employees are cheery and not dull.
Cons
Depending on the department and the manager- Time rules can be quite strict Micromanaging can be an issue You have to have backup power and wifi to work from home. You need to ensure your job allows for a work-from-home situation. Office dramas are something we should be wary of. Procedures are very strict with little leeway
