      Half day Friday, salary is ok

      Cons

      HR is absolutely abhorrent and doesn’t provide meeting minutes. MD plays favourites. Flexibility is only available for the men. Toxic environment. Lots of the staff are unwelcoming and ignorant. Luckily most of them will retire together as it’s an aging workforce.

      Pros

      Most people are decent apart from a couple of people. Training on the job is pretty good. Pay is good and four day work week. Potential to learn a lot of things. Good healthcare benefits and profit share. Plenty of work due to sector.

      Cons

      Shift working, some toxic colleagues and management. Poor communication. Very unorganised. Training pretty poor in places. Poor managing of work, employees in AOI section having to skip breaks just to try and meet deadlines as other review said.
