Pros

There are few veteran leaders who are good and understands the business. Few leaders are able to get decent deals on the table.

Cons

The top management is very toxic and supports favoritism. The culture is very bad and does not support growth. The HR is extremely rude specially the team under Neeru.

1. Large coverage giving opportunities to even junior analysts 2. Good access to company managements due to Investment Banking & corporate banking relationships 3. Decent client connect

Cons

1. Nepotism 2. Difficult to write independent research given strong pressure from IB/ Sales team on research 3. Junior analysts not given due respect despite their hard work 4. Pay structure is biased to rewards those with family connections to the erstwhile senior management.
